In 2006, Luis Robledo opened his first store in Plaza Loreto, in Colonia Hipódromo-Condesa, south of Mexico City.
Before that, she had already lived in New York and Paris, taking programs at The French Culinary Institute and L’école du Grand Chocolat, led by Fréderic Bau and working in three-star Michelin restaurants, until leading the kitchen of the Four Seasons Hotel in Manhattan.
In October 2006, Luis settled in Mexico City and opened the doors of Tout Chocolat, a high-end artisan chocolate shop, which has three branches. Luis has been named One of the top ten Chocolatiers in North America twice.
When he decided that the image of the brand needed a change, he commissioned Marcela Augustowsky to redesign it. The new identity has since applied to all the brand’s products and stores.
