Mireia Roda began her career at Enric Aguilera’s studio and later collaborated with industry professionals at Delvico Bates Barcelona. Later she joined the founding team of SCPF agency, playing a key role. Mireia then took on creative director and partner roles at the Dayax agency. In 2004, she moved to Madrid and worked at Sra. Rushmore before becoming the creative director for Audi at DDB Barcelona.

In 2007, Mireia co-founded the graphic design studio M and bid farewell to the advertising agency world. Two years later, she co-founded twoelf. After moving to Buenos Aires in 2013, she became Head of Art for SCPF LATAM. Since 2018, Mireia has successfully run her independent studio, M4, in Argentina. In 2022, she became a partner at BEAUTIFUL_LAND, taking over the Barcelona office in January 2024.
